WHAT TO EXPECT
Pat’s professional foundation is grounded in supporting one’s mental and physical independence through self directed wellness.
Pat is an interactive therapist. She asks questions, offers observations, and looks for patterns within aspects of your life. Believing that you are the final expert on you, she relies on you to set the direction for therapy and trusts in your unique healing process. |
She will often use metaphor, guided imagery, body symptoms, gestalt, insight and cognitive/behavioral therapy, EMDR, EFT, and relaxation training when working with individuals and couples. You may expect to receive “homework” assignments and to be an active participant in your healing process. You will be encouraged to ask questions, to trust your inner self, and to verbalize any uneasiness you might experience about your therapy process.
|
Any movement toward wholeness, health and wellness reflects your natural state of being. The conscious reintegration of your mind, body, and spirit is at the heart of the healing process. Pat believes that everyone has within them a healing aspect or nature and her objective is to support your healing process with therapeutic approaches that enhance your natural style. Her focus is to help you to regain confidence in your innate ability to heal and increase your satisfaction in life.
